What role does the United States play in contributing to the human rights offenses through our economic decisions? Students explore the ways in which political institutions influence the rights in various communities. Students will analyze the different ways human rights are interpreted and the conditions in which poeple live and work. Southeast Asia is the region of focus for the learning, as it provides us with many current soical realities for focused conversation.
